Piedmont Cleaners

Review: I would like to report a dry cleaning service in Lenoir, NC. Piedmont Cleaners is the name. I took a hat, a fedora which cost me high dollars. I got a little sweat on the brow, the hat is made of linin, had some dirt on it. Anyway I dropped it off on a Thursday, the girl told me to come back on the next Wednesday. She told me it would cost me around 7 dollars. I went to pick it up, she said it wasn't ready to come back Friday which is today. I went to get it, paid 10 dollars plus tax and when they gave me my hat it looked as if they throwed it in a washing machine, the shape was gone al wrinkled up, and it looks as if it has been bleached for now it is white, I complained but it didn't do any good. I told them this wasn't a hat from K-mart that I ordered it and it cost me almost a hundred dollars. The actual price was 49.00. The owner told me I was a fool. I told him I was going to report him to you guys he said go ahead nobody is gonna listen to me over a hat. He has ruined my hat. Will you hear me? Will you do something about this for me or am I pissing in the wind? I know you haven't done anything about E-z way auto which I reported back in July for false advertising but what about this?Desired Settlement: he can replace my hat.
