Worst customer service ever. This business is a marketplace seller on the *** website and it took 69 days, about 50 emails, and several hours of online chat to get a refund out of them. And this was for an item they weren't supposed to ship in the first place! Order was cancelled before processing, but they said it was already shipped - which *** confirmed was *** Then 8 days later they took money from my credit card. Their agent May did not answer my questions or help in any way, but was vague, *** and gave me the run-around for over two months.
