several years ago window world installed a sliding glass,double pane window It now leaks I have been on the phone for months trying to get it fixed I am getting ready to leave for the summer, (i am a winter visitor), and still excuses, such as need number from window suround, ( none) size of window,(they now say they have the size) they will order it in weeks, (months ago, again and again), There is always excuses, and no action
