I scheduled to have family pictures taken with this woman in Nov I was told that it would be a few weeks before I'd receive my prints in the mailI never received my prints and I've been trying to get a refund (which was offered by the seller due to the issues with never receiving my prints) for a few monthsThere's always a new story about what's going onFirst it was that there was a money order sent out to meI waited almost weeks and never received itShe then said that she'd cancel the money order and send it to me via *** Money systemStill haven't received my refundAt this point I don't care about getting my pictures or prints, I want my money backIt's been months since I've taken the pictures and haven't received anything in return; my photos or my money backVery bad customer service on her part
