Shawn Hunter (owner of Picture Perfect Construction and Painting) 724-309-7299 is his phone #. Hired this guy to install my fence. Paid him half up front as he demanded. Showed up to work a few hours, and then the 2nd day he was there for 1 hour. He bailed after that. Never installed my fence. He stole my MONEY. He ignores texts and calls and says he is sick. I went to police about this guy and he’s got a whole criminal record of ripping off people like this. AVOID HIM WHILE YOU STILL CAN!
