This was confirmed to the customer via email.Our turnaround times during the holiday season is 7-12 business before shipping. The shipping method selected by the customer is Standard which is 6-10 days. Our shipping prices are shown on our checkout page after the shipping address is entered. The shipping prices is calculated by weight and destination. This Company has no idea how to deal with customers WORST COMPANY ever use anyone else but them.

It has been a month since I ordered from this company. I was supposed to receive my item by Christmas, and have yet to even receive notice of an order status, other than it was received. I have paid for an item and no idea where it is, if they will get it to me, etc. I have tried many times to contact the company with no luck. I feel like I have been ripped off and no one will communicate. Others have had the wrong item shipped to them and this company is doing nothing about it. What a scam... I am writing this so that others can review and stay clear from wasting their money.
