Pickle Bookkeeping

We hired Pickle bookkeeping as our CPA and book keeper to do payroll and taxes. For other reasons we had to close the business after on 45 days. During that time we had numerous issues with not paying employees, forgetting to pay over time, not paying vendors ( I would have to stop what I was doing and hand write checks). Then when it came to pay our quarterly taxes they had to pay them through the former owners business tax # (which I didn't understand). Since that time I have called at least 12 times and left several please for help so we can officially close the corporation and move on with our lives. They have not returned a single phone call or email for my request to assist us in closing the books and I have no idea of how to do that. I have try to solicit help from other CPA firms but they do not want anything to do with it because of the way Pickle Book keeping handle the accounting. I would ask for my money back but all I want at this time is to be able to close the books on the corporation but I can not do that without them because of the way to handle ( or didn't handle things) up front. It cost me $139 per month beginning in March 2018 while I beg and plead with them to finish the work they started and took payment for.
