Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. The discussion is inaccurate. I requested the house be put in my trust. That trust had been organized ten years prior, and was on the deed for the house I was selling--through another office of the same escrow firm. (I had asked that the same office handle both closings, but that didn't happen.) The discussion was inaccurate; however, they have reluctantly e-mailed me the paperwork to put the house into my trust...and clarified the handling of the finances. (I have not received anything beyond an "estimate" of the closing costs.) Since I have the needed paperwork, I accept the business's response...unless my tax attorney needs forms they have not supplied.

Review: The company's handling of the escrow on my house was unprofessional. A couple of issues remain unresolved.THE NAME ON THE DEEDI asked them to put the house in my family trustthey didnt. They put it in my name.I called them on itstill nothing. Ive tried a third timeno response. They aren't returning my phone requests.THEY HAVEN'T FINISHED THE PAPERWORK AFTER MORE THAN THREE MONTHSThe last thing I received from them was an "estimate" subject to change. The "estimate" included a "pad" of $500. They are apparently still holding that. Its been three months. I still dont have a deed.Desired Settlement: Put the house in the trust as requested.Finalize the paperwork I'll need come tax time.Complete the transaction, including refunding any balance from the $500 "pad"
