Mr [redacted] is the third owner of the home since we performed the Ace Duraflo pipe restoration project in July 2008.  The second owner, [redacted] and [redacted]  [redacted] ~Oct 2013,  did not transfer  the warranty  from the original client.  Therefore, there isn’t a warranty...

available to transfer.    If a warranty was represented at all, Mr [redacted] should be discussing this with the person and or real estate agency that sold the home to him.  We would like to offer Mr [redacted] a $50 coupon valid toward any plumbing repair.
