I had Picket Fence treat for bedbugs. the bugs did not go away. they came back to treat for the 3rd time. I advised that I did not want them coming back every 2 weeks treating. I wanted to see progress. The owner said I was rude and said he was leaving. I said I wanted my money back and he said he would refund my money. I have not received a refund. this event happened on Dec. 24, 2019. They said they guaranteed there work. very unprofessional.
