this not being an excuse, there have been some issues with making sure all of the billing is correct.  A refund check was issued to the patient's mother, [redacted], on Friday, February 2, 2018, in the amount of $1749.00.  The patient's mother and father have been contacted and are awaiting the refund check.  [redacted] is to contact the office if the check has not been received by Wednesday, February 7, 2018.
