I did understand her frustration; in fact I did care and told her so in the initial phone call but could not do anything at that timeIt certainly was not my choice, nor a phone call I wanted to makeI did not want to make any promises I could not keep, we had already done that by not having the cottage with the hot tub availableThere was plenty of frustration on both ends here
I do hope they enjoyed the cottage weekend with friends and won't let her experience with one person dampen it
