Review: I placed a telephone order with this merchant in October 2013 in the amount of $814.55 and when I did not receive the merchandise

I tried to contact merchant by telephone but was put on hold.

I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and on November 8,2013 I received a letter from them which included a letter from merchant stating that I requested UPS to hold my package for pickup and I never did.

The merchant gave me a partial refunf of $740.50 on October 22,2013.

I did not request UPS to hold my package and at no time did I have ANY contact with them.

My credit card company will not handle shipping fee issues and I sent the merchant a letter on January 3,2014,but no reply was received.Desired Settlement: I wish a credit of $74.05 because I did not authorize UPS to hold my order .
