My experience with Rescue Plumbing was very positive. I work fulltime and do not have time to meet with every business contacted through the Revdex.com website. Therefore, I requested estimates based upon the description of the problem (corroded and broken toilet flange) to narrow down the candidates. One business wanted to come to the home first to assess the problem and then would charge a fee for the visit. Rescue Plumbing gave me ballpark figures (over the phone and via e-mail) from the simple repair to the worst-case scenario. In addition, there would be no charge for the home visit if I removed the toilet myself. I set up an appointment and took leave from work. The repair was assessed to be simple; so, I gave the employee permission to do it. After a quick trip to Lowe's, he finished within 1 hour. Quick, efficient, and reasonably priced.
