Pick Squad Locksmith

I needed a lock re keyed on my driverside door on my car. I called what is now known as Tracy key and lock operated by the owner ***. They came out and didn't even have to take it out of the door because I already had done that. Took the lock and key that it needed to be matched to and told me it would take a day. 2 days later he finally gets back to me saying I owe him 746 dollars for the work, I pay unfortunately I see the work and can open the door lock with a screw driver. So I look at the lock and there are 4 out of 6 pins missing from the lock. I called *** and told him the situation but he was unwilling to do anything.

I purchased 2 smart keys for my car. They cam out to my house and charged me $434.00 All was well until about 2-3 weeks later. I discovered the keys did not work on my trunk, passenger door, seatback locks! I have spent the last month calling, emailing and everything I can think of to get them out to finish the job. Emails-no response. Phone calls always a promise but no action. I am at my wits end as I don't want to spend another $400+ to do it all over again.

Locksmith gave me one key when suppose to receive 2 and lied saying one is all the locks come with. No receipt and overcharged. Called dispatcher and lied about company name and address and supervisor not being in and then tried to break in my house the same nite I
