A crew from Pichler Painting Company, lead by [redacted], showed up at my house late Saturday morning. First thing out of [redacted]'s mouth was "are you the angry customer". I replied that I was angry because he did not show up to repair peeling as promised. They worked all Saturday afternoon and Sunday afternoon. I did walk around the house on Sunday to point out any missing areas that was not repaired. I was not asked by [redacted] to walk around one last time before they left. However, they still missed an area that was pointed out, and they left drop cloths at the back of the house.
All of this could have avoided if they had communicated with me. At this point, I am giving them a "C"(at best), and consider the matter closed. If they want their drop cloths, they are folded in a pile near my front door. I do not plan to use them in the future, nor do I plan to recommend them to anyone.
