Review: I came to view the unit and pointed out several things that still need to be repaired, I was assured by the staff that maintenance would have it done on the next business day. I received a call asking if I could come and sign the lease agreement around 1pm because the unit still needed to be cleaned, I agreed and showed up a little after 1pm signed my lease and went over to apartment to find the door open and the unit filthy. I attempted to lock the door but I wouldn't lock upon further inspection I noticed that the entire frame was broken. The stove/fridge/some of the lights/ac unit wasn't working along with so many other things. Some repairs were made then the property was sold and then all the repairs stopped the new company is doing repairs to the outside of the property so individual work orders are not being completed. I am being charged for an upgraded unit even though all the upgrades were not completed I have emailed Stacey and Clay several times with no change the new staff is very rude and unprofessional. Several weeks ago some neighborhood kids kicked in my front door and I am sure that the fact that the door was broken made this easier thank god it was just kids and my family is safe but this shouldn't have happened. I am very unhappy here the tenants were not informed that the property was up for sale and I did not sign on to be living in a construction zone or to be dealing with living well homes. The community is supposed to be gated but the gates are open and tenants have no gym access. The maintenance staff is sloppy and rude and pretend as though they cant speak English I'm currently having a problem with the hot water, my family is unable to get ready in the am because the water wont get hot after one person takes a bath I have reported this issue twice with no change. I am sitting here on Christmas morning writing this in my bathrobe because my son got up and took a bath then I thought I would to but no hot water!Desired Settlement: Discharge from lease agreement asap
