Our technician was on site as the home of Ms [redacted] and informed her of the repairs that needed to be done Ms [redacted] just wanted a replacement and signed for the work to be done She later cancelled, explaining to us that she decided to not have the work done However, we explained to her that for the dispatch and the time our technician was there, her $deposit would cover that charge, though it was actually almost a $charge; we were willing to write off the balance It was later that she then told us that she actually had someone else perform the work Since we did not see the other estimate and what work was being performed, we have no way of knowing if the work that was done was what we were quoting her In speaking with Ms***, we informed her that we would need to speak with the owner in order to authorize the refund she was requesting We asked that she check back with the office in a few days; however, we heard nothing from her John Piccirilli, Incis willing to refund half of her deposit, $100, as a good faith effort to resolve this issue We price our work fairly and offer one of the best guarantees for work performed in the area We are sorry that Ms [redacted] had a bad experience with us; it was not our intention Respectfully submitted, John Piccirilli, Inc
