Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This person that has posted a response that says they are in billing is lyingI have never spoke to anyone in billing because one they were never there when I called and two they never called back with the number that I left them to call me back withIf they took over the billing in January then why was that the excuse in November when we were trying to get our refundAs I stated before we had to get a refund from them one time before and they used the same excuseThere is something very fishy going on with this companyThis company should know better than to charge those with tricare prime insurance as they come into the office visits they know they are getting away with charging these customers and not giving refundsIf this is not resolved I feel that I will have to go to the Judge Advocate Genon the military installation and get this straightened out Regards, [redacted]

We took over billing in January and have a lot of claims to work withwhich will take time. I told this to the complainant several times that I spoke with him and he doesn't want to hear that it will take awhile to get his refundI am not the secretary, I'm in billing
My name is *** and I AM in billing with Orange Grove and South Mississippi Urgent care and did speak with Mr, *** on several occasions from our Gulfport officeI have no knowledge of any inquiries before January
We took over billing in January because there were many Issues with the old billing companyWe are working as fast as possible to resolve any issues and as soon as these issues are resolved, then we will contact the patients
Note: If a patient does not have a referral at the time of visit than the entire amount is required before seeing the doctor

This person that has posted a response that says they are in billing is lying.
