Review: I had my kitchen cabinets painted and the doors and drawers refaced for a cost of over $6,000. A couple of the doors are chipping and a panel on the island is damaged (not due to fault of the company). I agreed to pay the $180 they requested to repair the island and also wanted them to fix the chipped cabinet doors with an explanation as to why they are chipping because this shouldn't be happening at all. There are only two adults in the house so the cabinets are not abused. If anything we are overly careful after spending so much to redo our kitchen. They agreed to do the work and scheduled a time. They didn't show up or call. My calls ande-mails to them have gone unanswered.Desired Settlement: I want the repairs done and doors replaced if they can't be repaired.

Review: Business sold us full set of kitchen cabinets and bath vanity first week of September. After delivery we discovered parts were missing and a chipped door face, misaligned doors. Over 15 messages (text and voicemail) left with no response from business other than one early promise to inspect and correct. No further response from them. Never answers phone.Desired Settlement: Business should supply all missing pieces like vanity toe kick, soft close hardware, correct size of cabinet tray and slider, correct shelf size, moulding/trim. Should replace chipped door and drawer.
