Picadilly Apparel Design and Printing

The Manager at the number 801-940-0071, has been short, rude & unprofessional when I took to her via text message the questions & concerns of my order placed early last month. More then once I had been told it would be in the mail, then not. When I reach out to her there is then either no response or that she's in mygs or out of town. Zero empathy for the situation that I was counting on these items sooner, short rude communication, then none. When I did say I would submit a claim to the Revdex.com she then calls my phone immediately twice & hangs up. No voicemail. At this point I am not comfortable in speaking with her or doing business. It is my hope noone else is treated this way in the future.
