Hi [redacted] - We experienced phone and email problems for a week in August while a server was upgraded.  On Aug 15th an order was placed and was not sent to our processing department even though the customer's credit card was charged.  We became aware of the order and reached out the to...

the customer to either provide a refund or see if the product should be shipped.
