via textI told her I needed to speak with the restaurant to determine how to best refund her order since I was at the Home Office and could not refund her order, but would get back to her ASAP.During the week of September, 11th I attempted to call her several times to obtain her Credit Card info to refund her order.On September 19, *** reached out and said she hadn't heard anything from usI explained that I attempted to contact her several times and she then said something had been wrong with her phoneOn September 19, we refunded her $and sent her a copy of the receipt.
