Our company received a batch of sub-par product from the manufacturer
that we inadvertently shipped out to our customers
. We contacted *** first and foremost to not only ask his opinion but address any possible concerns, as well. *** did confirm that the product wasn't of the
usual high quality. We then told *** that we could ship him a replacement once we had in back in stock and had verified that it passed our QA check. While waiting for lab results on a later batch, *** made a demand that we ship him the product before receiving the test results. We asked *** to be patient in order to avoid sending another batch of possibly sub-par material. *** refused to wait and agreed to receive a replacement at his own risk prior to us receiving test results. We did ship *** approx 172g of the product in question at the the value requested in the complaint. *** latest message to us after our follow up was (verbatim) "Hey good afternoon Mark, I got everything today and I thank you very much again, take care

We consider the matter closed and we have heard nothing further from the customer. If the Revdex.com prefers, we can send tracking and proof of this delivery

his later follow up: "This is not a complaint just my opinionTo me this is just the same as the other stuffThe color seems more grayish than green and I can tell by the flavor and aroma that the alkaloids are definitely not there like the original formulaThis stuff is different for each individual so if other people are happy that is greatThere is no problem because you guys kept your word and I have seen so much chatter about the original formula going away and not coming back for whatever reason."
