Physicians Revenue Management Solutions

Upon transitioning a client from Physician's RMS to [redacted], I tried to contact[redacted] with Physician's RMS to get records of outstanding patient claims and balances. I attempted to call, fax, email, and even sent a certified letter; some multiple times.[redacted] ignored my requests all times. The doctor has also attempted to contact her for his records, and she had hung up on the office, and ignored their messages and faxes as well. This is highly unprofessional.Additionally, her billing practices were sketchy at best, and she will not admit or disprove possible professional negligence on her part. Unfortunately, the doctor requires all of his records due to time restraints on submitting outstanding claims, and collecting outstanding balances, which is forcing multiple parties to lose income.Desired SettlementPlease send all applicable outstanding records for the doctor in question.
