Review: I ordered a product from this company's website. At the time, there are boxes that must be checked indicating automatic renewal. There is no "opt out" box. I checked the 6 month box to complete my order, and expected to receive notice so I could cancel after 6 months. I received no notice, but did receive an unmarked package. I opened the package. When I saw the order, and that my credit card had been charged, I called the company. I was told I could not return the product, since I opened the box. A supervisor called me at my request. I explained it was not consumer friendly to not provide adequate notice of a shipment so it could be cancelled if desired. He said they send a robocall. I did not receive the call and they have no way of verifying. Instead, I have over $200 of a product I do not want, and did not order. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund. I will send the unopened bottles back.
