Worst Office Visit
I would not recommend the Oswego Il Clinic for anyone. The staff was extremely rude, condescending, and just plain nasty! I had to go there to get a return to work authorization after being sick and was directed there by my employer; certainly not by choice. It was the absolutely worst "Doctors' Office" experience in my 65 year old life. Very, very unprofessional and uncaring! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Mike C

I have also spoken with Ms***I reviewed the documentation in the medical records with Ms.*** The medical record contains the following information:DIAGNOSES: Viral infection, unspecified and Vomiting, unspecifiedEXIT CARE DOCUMENTS: Vomiting, pediatric and Hand, Foot & Mouth DiseasePLAN: Please return to the clinic on Sunday, June 12, for a recheck. ILLNESS IS A DYNAMIC PROCESS AND SYMPTOMS MAY CHANGE OR EVOLVE. RETURN TO CLINIC (or go to ER if clinic closed) IMMEDIATELY FOR ANY CONCERNS, WORSENING, OR NEW SYMPTOMS. PLENTY OF FLUIDS, IBUPROFEN EVERY HOURS; TYLENOL EVERY HOURS; USE FOR PAIN OR FEVER.HAND/FOOT/MOUTH DISEASE GIVEN FOR INFORMATION. The patient was NOT diagnosed with hand/foot/mouth by Dr*** Per Dr*** she told the mother those instructions were things to look for as she only had the tongue lesions on exam and symptoms had been going on for less than hours and that early hand/foot/mouth was in the differential. The mother was advised to return to the clinic the next day and instead went to another provider

I recently Called my doctors office of 5 years to get my RX authorized and a refill sent to pharmacy. The Front Desk receptionist (who is always there) proceeded to answer the phone. as I was talking to her and explaining what I needed she was in the middle of my convo talking to someone else and then as I asked her why she did that she proceeded to get a attitude with me and then asked me several times for my DOB. I went to ask her then right away she is telling me to hold on. This is the first time I have ever had a problem with this office and im highly dissapointed in this customer service. I understand everone has there bad days but this lady was So rude and proceeded to say I had a problem with her and she wasnt being rude. Very VERY un professional....this place has went through two doctors since ive been there and still have stayed. I will never return to this doctors office for another service, they lost my business and my money!Desired SettlementAll of my records
