Review: After notifying Valley Physical Therapy on three separate occassions that they had erroneously billed me for a missed appointment and after getting multiple assurances that it would be taken care of, I received another statement from their business office, indicating a final notice. This time giving me 10 days to pay, or otherwise turning the case over to a collection agency. Finally, as of today, after personally visiting the office and making several phone calls I received a fourth assurance from Valley Physical Therapy that it would be taken care of by the manager. However they refused to give me a receipt in writing or any documentation as prove that they were going to actually fix this issue.Desired Settlement: I need a written statement that my account is paid in full.
