From start to finish their people have been their every step of the way. The financing was great and even with a low credit score I was able to get a very decent interest rate on my home loan. After paying on time for over a year they have already worked with me to re-finance at a lower interest rate. Once again their people have been responsive, understanding, and professional every step of the way.

She was always available which is very important going through this processAny and all questions we had if she did not have an answer she would reach out to the appropriate person and get right back with meShe made the process so much easierVery sweet lady and explained everything to where I could understand itI could not sing her praises loud enough!! Really the overall experience was one star, with that said Jocelyn was very pleasant and helpfulThe processor that was assigned however, Kelly B., was a nightmare She was rude, condescending, and unprofessional All of these "qualities", I could have tolerated for a short period if I was given reassurance that she knew what she was talking about, but her conversation within the first five minutes of speaking with her proved absolutely otherwise Kelly advised that the permit and site plan process for my area would take months Naturally we were absolutely discouragedOnly to learn after I call my county that their process times with a completed application is 5-days Then kept asking when we would sell our existing residence inferring it was absolutely required, as I advised her that was not something discussed with other lenders ever; she then corrected herself and said that the underwriting "may" require it Seriously, your not talking about selling a couch, this is a house, a house we presently live in Notwithstanding, our Debt to Income for all others, this was never an issueThen she went one to very rudely demand cancellation letters from the other lenders we were working with to see which is best one for us, or threatened she would not move our file to underwriting We later confirmed that was absolutely not required, it's only required to close which we knew In the end, we ended up going in another direction as in order to close the loan, they required a building permit (or site plan --which for us is concurrent) be approved prior to closing, which translated to we had to pay the school impact fees and all permits before we could even close the loan and get fundingSo essentially, pay the fees and you still put yourself at risk for not being able to close the loan for various other factors that underwriting might later on findI would not even be writing this review, but for the unprofessional behavior of their processor We would have just walked away with the other lender we selected Long story short, the company should really assess the QA of some of their staff as it could very adversely impact people that are just looking for help and their own bottom line
