I called thier customer service MULTIPLE times and each time I was told my breast pump would be coveredI would just have to pay a $fee if I wanted a double oneWhich even that's a lot of moneySo I go to the medical supply store and pick it upThen I get a bill in the mail for $So I call them and they said oh yes I do see where we told you it would be coveredJust send in this appeal form and we'll cover itSo I send it in and three wweks later I get a letter in the mail saying it's deniedNow how reducible is thisThey are trying to rip me offThey are already charing me $3,for labor and delivery
