PHP water filtration systems I received a telephone call todayA woman stated that my name had been drawn for prize of a $free grocery voucherShe stated that this prize could be delivered to my home this afternoonBeing skeptical, I asked what was the catch? She then went on to explain that a PHP repwould like to do a simple water test which would take only a few minutesStupidly, I agreedWithin a half hour, a young man, Dyson arrived with his paraphanaliaHe asked for both my husband and I be present while he did his demonstration I asked how long the demonstration would be, he replied that it would take about an hourI said that I was not interested ,then he said minsAfter at least an hour, using my sink, cups, wine glasses, washing hands etcEtc., we declined his offer of selling the Water Filter systemFinally, the so-called prize was given to us..what a scam..the prize was a voucher for ordering food at an online company for which we needed to pay a $delivery fee upfront!! [redacted] I really resent the way PHP deceived us by wasting our time by not telling us that the Water Filtration system would cost $7800.00...and suggesting that we could make monthly payments for the next 15years!!!!we probably won't even live that long.! The young man ,Dyson, who did the demo was pleasant and did his job as I am sure he was taughtI resent the fact that he was only allowed to divulge the cost of the system after over an hour of demonstration...I hope he soon finds another job so he no longer needs to work for this deceptive company! And...I have learned my lesson NEVER to believe this type of phone call again! THank you allowing me to describe this most unpleasant experience
I received a phone call notifying myself that I won dollars in groceries and it was from a ballot that was filled out by myself at a festivalThis probably happened because I do fill them out but that was in july and now they are calling me in january to say I wonWe confirmed the address on the ballot and was told if I would be home from to pm that dayI said ok and was told I would also receive a complimentary water tester since the sponsor was php water, this I thought would be a productAt 5pm a rep from php water shows up and was was friendly but wanted to test my water himself which I let him but soon lead into a sales pitch for a water purification pump.Tests and demonstrations for an hour and half was done on my water compared to his pumps water. The pump system was dollars and with phone calls made to his boss making finance deals making this pump up to dollars in year paymentsI told him I was not interested in it and ask about the draw I won it turned out to be a dollar coupon for a online organic produce company with a dollar delivery fee [redacted] This coupon is useless because the dollars delivery charge is not included in the coupon amount so I won zero [redacted] .I was told by the rep of PCP water that he is from the London Ontario office

Fell instantly in LOVE with my new water filter system! Right from the initial phone call straight through to the installation, Eagle Water of Niagara has been fantastic! The customer service rep I spoke to was very knowledgeable and they explained the entire process to my husband and I, including the installation and maintenance upkeep in order for our system to always be functioning at its best I must admit I was shocked to see the instant difference that the system had on the taste of our drinking water but even more exciting to me was the difference in the softness and vibrancy of my hair!!! I highly recommend Eagle Water Niagara's products and their service I wish I had installed the system a lot sooner!

Bought a water softening system, and a reverse osmosis water filtering system, from PHP home Service, two months ago I am not satisfied, And would like to return it, however, PHP will not do anything for me *** *** Seven thousand, eight hundred and thirty six Dollars , and fifty five cents($7, 836.55)
And by the way, their soap package is useless
Yes! The water filter, and softener work good, however, NOT worth the "THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS" that innocent people are being asked to pay
A rep called my house and said I had won a prize from some previous ballot I had filled outI don't remember it and she did not know details when I asked herShe was only making the calls to see if they could deliver the prize the same dayI asked what they were selling and she said their company was not selling anything , They did not do thatThey would just do a simple water test for meI agreed and the water test took almost hrsI told them when they started that the girl on the phone assured me they were not selling anything and they just smiled and continued the supposed testI told them I was not buying anythingWhen they were done and told me how much the system would cost and I said no I was not buying, I asked what my prize wasThey gave me choice of a mpplayer a pair of all purpose scissors or a plastic tomato growing planterThat was all they had leftWhat a joke! What a waste of my timeDo not get sucked in! They also asked me to wright down referral namesI declined of courseLast time I let anyone in the house
I received a contest card in the mail from Eagle Water of Niagara. The card indicated that I had won a prize. I telephoned the company and it was confirmed that I had won a prize....The advised that a rep from Eagle Water would come to my home that very evening to deliver my prize. I asked if the rep would be carrying the 42 inch LED TV screens in his car, the boxes of stainless steel pot sets and I pads etc. She assured me that the rep had all of these items with him and would be advising me of my prize according to the contest card once he arrived at my home. Oddly the rep, along with an assistant were at my door in less than an hour.
Ben and his asst. Paige advised that they could not give me my prize until they "tested" my tap water, I stood and listened for exactly two full hours to the tedious, lengthy presentation, which required me to provide wine glasses a cucumber stainless steel bowl and several cups. I kept asking for my prize. Ben assured me that he had all of the prizes in the trunk but could not discuss or give me my prize until he finished his presentation. Toward the end he suggested we move from the kitchen to a table. He produced papers and proceeded to encourage me to take out a loan for almost nine thousand dollars with [redacted] Trust. He explained the payments I would be required to make on the loan over the next ten years. With interest the cost of the reverse osmosis system would be 13 thousand dollars plus with interest. I am a senior on a small fixed income. I asked Ben if his recommendation that I take out a bank loan and go into debt (which will take me to the age of 80) is a wise idea. He advised that he thought it was because his parents have also have taken out a bank loan for the water canister |(osmosis). And also because the soft water system would also allow me to save costs on toothpaste and hair shampoo. I advised that for such a large and significant debt in my old age, I would need to discuss this with my children first. He advised me that the free soaps and cleaning product packages that he was offering me would be off the table if I did not settle and sign for the loan at this time. He assured me that Eagle water of Niagara is registered with the Revdex.com and assured me that I would find a large number of very positive testimonials on line.
I insisted I would need to speak to my son and assured him that his presentation was thorough. He then pulled a card out of his briefcase and presented me with a two nite free cruise. I asked him where I would be flying from London or Toronto/by [redacted] or [redacted]. He advised me that I could do whatever I wanted.
I advised Ben that this was a [redacted] a hoax......like saying you get two days to spend walking the Great wall of china with a free overnite, but expecting the person to take out a line of credit or a bank loan for nine thousand dollars and then borrowing two thousand dollars more for a return flight to Palm Beach (where the cruise ship leaves from) and to pay for a car rental to get to the dock and then pay for a car park etc etc. This is not a gift, THIS IS A HOAX [redacted]. When I expressed this to Ben, He sarcastically asked "Do you actually think we are going to give away 42 inch LED Flat Screen T.V.s and I Pads". It should be noted that before the 2 hour demonstration that Ben had assured me that the I Pads that he had in the trunk of his car were "[redacted]". SHAME ON EAGLE WATER OF NIAGARA FOR CONDUCTING BUSINESS IN SUCH AN UNETHICAL FALSE AND SNEAKY MANNER AND FOR PRESSURING VULNERABLE SENIORS INTO GOING INTO A LARGE DEBT IN THEIR FINAL YEARS.
This experience has taught me that NO ONE should even consider making a purchase with a company that conducts business in such an untruthful unethical and sneaky manner.

I received a phone call notifying myself that I won 100 dollars in groceries and it was from a ballot that was filled out by myself at a festival. This probably happened because I do fill them out but that was in july 2016 and now they are calling me in january 4 to say I won. We confirmed the address on the ballot and was told if I would be home from 3 to 4 pm that day. I said ok and was told I would also receive a complimentary water tester since the sponsor was php water, this I thought would be a product. At 5pm a rep from php water shows up and was was friendly but wanted to test my water himself which I let him but soon lead into a sales pitch for a water purification pump.Tests and demonstrations for an hour and half was done on my water compared to his pumps water. The pump system was 7500 dollars and with phone calls made to his boss making finance deals making this pump up to 12500 dollars in 10 year payments. I told him I was not interested in it and ask about the draw I won it turned out to be a 100 dollar coupon for a online organic produce company with a 50 dollar delivery fee. [redacted] This coupon is useless because the 50 dollars delivery charge is not included in the coupon amount so I won zero. Eagle Water Of Niagara, 8 Hiscott Ave. are using a very dishonest and misleading method of getting their sales reps into homes. I received a call notifying me that I was the winner of a $500. certificate for free groceries. I responded that I could not remember entering any draws or contests for such a prize. They assured me that it must have been at a grocery store because they work closely with several. I said I was not interested in any visits from sales people. They assured me that this was not the case and that a rep would simply drop my certificate at my home. I said my wife would receive it as I was on my way out the door. They asked to set a time when I would be home. Being suspicious I suggested I was not interested in the prize. Again they assured me that I had won a draw. Finally I agreed to a time when I would be home. A very pleasant lady arrived of course carrying her water test kit and sales binders. The $500. prize was a certificate requiring me to send a self addressed stamped envelope to their Hiscott Avenue address in which they would send me my prize. I was curious enough to waste the stamp. My prize arrived today. A website located in New Jersey which offers a course in using grocery store coupons. It is sad when a company must stoop to this type of dishonesty to do business. I feel for the sales people who think they are getting a job and then are used as the front for dishonest sales methods. If their method of operation is this dishonest I definitely could not trust their product. I did not buy their water system so I am only out a stamp and an hour of my time.
