Review: On November **, 2012, I requested the services of [redacted] from Photolosophy Inc. [redacted] and I drew up a contract for the following services: basic photography and basic video package for my wedding on March *, 2013 for a total amount of $870. On November **, 2012 I paid a deposit of $400. On March *, 2013, I paid the balance of $470.About a month after my wedding, I received the print photographs in the mail, but not the video DVD. [redacted] had mentioned that the DVD would come a little later. In May 2013, I followed up with [redacted] on the whereabouts of the DVD. He said he was going to mail it out. As of August **, 2013 however, I still have not received the DVD. I attempted to contact [redacted] numerous times since May 2013 via email, phone, and text messaging, but he has never returned any of my messages. On 8/**/13, I sent [redacted] a letter via email and postal mail requesting that he either send me the DVD or refund me the full amount of $400 plus tax for the video package that I had paid for. One week after I sent this request, I still have not heard back from [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like to receive either the unedited raw video files of my wedding on DVD as stipulated in our agreement as of 11/**/12 or receive a full refund in the amount of $435.00 ($400 + tax) for the service that has not been rendered as of today.
