Hello, Our return policy is that we do not accept returns of used merchandise, instead we offer to have the bagged repaired at our own expense However, I will make an exception The store has been notified to allow the return for store credit This bag is considered a carry-on, but in some instances the bag may be refused as a cardue to aircraft bin space limitations This often occurs with smaller regional jets that require the bag to be gate checked at no expense to the customer.Thank you, David S [redacted] COO, Luggage Factory
