Review: I made an online order for the download of a photo taken at the Hoover Dam, #Order Number:[redacted] Submitted on: 06/**/14 10:41:01 PM. I received an order confirmation, and my debit card was charged. I was told that within 24 to 48 hours I would receive an email with a link to download my purchase. I have yet to receive this. I raised a ticket with their help desk, and have also emailed them since to ask for the link, however, I have had no response whatsoever. This was the ticket I raised:

Department: HooverdamDesired Settlement: I would still like to download the picture, however, at this stage I will also accept a full refund.

Review: Have a problem with my Order No. [redacted] The print is really bad looking and out of focus. When I purchased it the company website claimed a 100% gaurantee.
At Photogra, your satisfaction is our number one concern. We guarantee the quality of our prints. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your prints, you may contact us within 30 days for one free set of reprints. If the problem is still not corrected, you may request a full refund, including the price for shipping and handling.
To get reprints, please contact us, referencing your order number and a description of the problem. We will reprint your photographs and mail them to you free of charge.
I have tried several times to contact Photogra.com through their help system and no one responds.Desired Settlement: If it is possible to improve the print I would like to have the image reprinted. If not I would like a refund.

Review: I order 2 - 11oz Black Photo Mug with a different picture on each one. I received a receipt confirmation showing they received my order. Plus when ever you order something you get a 4x6 free photo of your choice. I received the 2 free photos but DID NOT get the coffee cups. I paid about $60.00 for the 2 coffee cups AND ONLY GOT THE 2 FREE PICTURES. THATS PRETTY MESSED UP! I WILL DEFINATELY TELL OTHERS NOT TO ORDER THROUGH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: FINISH THE JOB MEANS. MAIL ME MY 2 COFFEE CUPS OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

at Photogra Inc. are deeply appreciative of the attention brought to
this particular matter. After learning of [redacted]'s concerns
regarding her order arrival, we are prepared to take every necessary
step to assure we reach a resolution satisfactory to the needs of our
customer. We made initial contact this past Wednesday(9/*/2013) and did
our best to express the details of our findings after investigating the
issue.
Half of this order was shipped one day later than the
other half which caused some delays due to increased holiday(Labor Day)
delivery volume. Typical delays during Labor Day can be 24 to 72 hours
depending on the carrier. We accept responsibility for all occurring
miscommunication at the root of this matter. After Speaking to [redacted]
[redacted], she seemed to be very understanding of the circumstances and
scheduled a follow up on Friday 9/*/2013(expected delivery date). We
have also left a voice mail message with the Revdex.com(9/*/2013) for contact
from the mediator. We eager to move forward with all Revdex.com requirements
and/or recommendations for peaceful resolution.
We have attached
a screenshot of the tracking information for both parts of this order.
Both are marked as delivered and will confirm this with [redacted]
during the follow up call.
