We have resolved the issue with Ms [redacted] account on March 15, Photobucket has a known issue where albums that are named with an ampersand do not load in user's accountMsLerma had a few albums with ampersands on the title so she was not able to view her album's contentsWe fix this issue for her and she is able to view her albums now
