Review: I purchased 3 vouchers for photo throws on dealfinder in late 2012. The vouchers had no expiry date and included the wording "the amount paid for this voucher ($39.00) never expires. I used 1 voucher immediately and was happy with the product.
When I tried to use the last two vouchers, [redacted] ([redacted]@photothrow.com) I. The first email from [redacted] said"Unfortunately we are not able to redeem the voucher codes from Deal Find" In answer to my inquiry as to why a second email said "It is a problem we are having with dealfind coupons. Were are not able to redeem any of their vouchers". No further advise, information has been offered.
Dealfinder tells me to deal with the vendor.

yes this is absolutely true.
Dealfind sold vouchers for product much the same way that Groupon does.
Dealfind collects money from retail customers and is supposed to pay vendors like me a portion of the proceeds.
unfortunately, DealFind has NOT been paying their bills and we cannot honor vouchers that we are NOT paid for.
The customer absolutely has a clear recourse in that they can get a refund from DealFind, which is where they purchased the voucher and who has their money.
while I do realize that this puts the customer in a situation, I ask that they understand that no one can perfom services and not be paid.
I would be happy to honor the same price for the product if they wish to purchase from me but they should get their refund from DealFind first.
in this way, they would obtain what they want, which is the refund.

At this time or rather putting it on hold, as I have spoke with dealfinder who have said they have tried several times over the past three business days to contact photothrow with no response. Until photothrow has responded to dealfinder request to review, I cannot tell who has made the mistake.
Hopefully it will be clear up shortly.
