Photo Shack

Review: This company provided services at a national wrestling event. My son placed in this tournament. They took all the podium photos at this event and sold them place winners. I ordered two photos at the tournament. It cost me $70 for a plaque and an additional photo. They specifically stated that I would receive the photos three weeks after the event which took place on April 4th 2015. When I did not receive the photos by May 1st I grew concerned and called them. I was told that they needed more information and they would be mailed out the next day. I provided this information and never received the photos. I reached out through three emails and two more phone called over the next couple weeks and did not receive a response. I have not yet reported them to the event executive board but I will do so if I do not receive these pictures this week.Desired Settlement: I would like my photos ASAp along with a tracking number.
