Excellent company. This was a thorough, comprehensive inspection and report complete with high resolution photos circled with a red line pointing to area in question. Full explanation?s included.The owner Rob has been very helpful in explaining questions that I have had since inspection and report we?re completed. The report is not superfluous and nit picking. It gets to the heart of what?s really important, which gives it more credibility. It has made it much easier to deal with the sellers and with the Realestate people. A friend of mine who has a lot of experience in the construction field, owns businesses and numerous houses told me it was the best inspection report he has ever seen. On top of all of this, the price for the inspection and report was totally reasonable! I highly recommend this company
