defective phones and days forblacklisted replacementsThey came back on January 4th with a blacklisted iPhone 6S IMEIWetold him-that it was- still within day replacement period-and that we would have take thephone and swap it at T-MobileDue to the shipping policy it takes two weeks to get thereplacementWe offered them a loaner phone, but they refused and asked for their money back.We explained them again our store policy and told them after days that they will need to pay$for a replacement of the phoneWe at PhoneStop try our best to take care of all of ourcustomers to have them as a coming back customerWe do not feel at this time that weresponsible for any partial refunds because they do not even have the phone anymore according totheir letter

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: No loaner was offered and obviously it was not two weeks- you listed the dates yourself in your response, clearly not two weeks. Your attitude was terrible and there was no guarantee this would not happen again. I did not want a "repair" as you called it. Why would a phone need to be sent out to be unblocked?
