Phone Zone Wireless

I went in to pay for my scharger port to be fixed on 7/and I was dealing with Jason who said he couldnt gaurantee that they would not break my glass screen attempting to fix it, also he said the power was out so he asked if I could come backhe then said he had a wireless charger he could sell me and that I had days to return itHe did not say anything else in regards to returning the product, on 7/i called Jason to let him know that I was going to return it because over the weekend the phone just completely brokeHe then said there is a restocking fee of 35% I told him that is not what I was told and he immediately started saying whoadont yell I can help you but when you start to lie to me I will not - so he basically called me a liar over the phone and told me not to yelli was not yelling and I stated that on the phone - I told him maybe his phone volume was up and he needed to adjust he then said he will pay out of his pocket for the restocking fee and that I only had today to come pick up the chargeri work downtown san diego and deal with Quick Fix Repair all the time and I have referred literally 50-people to him as I work for a big company and because so, they give me discounts off my repairsI chose phone zone because I saw the reviews on yelp were pretty good however in my experience I will NEVER refer anyone thereJason was extremely unprofessional and rude, he treated me like I was someone from the streetsI will NEVER go back and I will make sure to boycott via social media this company and I will encourage everyone I know not to ever go to phone zoneespecially the one Jason works at on avocado blvd in El Cajon, CA
