arial, sans-serif;">We replaced the screen on a phone and customer took it home and called us a day or 2 later that the screen cracked.  When she walked out of the phone the screen was not cracked. We called her and explained that if there is a malfunction with the screen we can replace it at no charge.  However we would not be able to replace the screen if it got damaged some how when she had.

Review: First of all, I would like to make a little note about the costumer service. The girl behind the counter helping us was very pushy, try so hard to convinceus to get the temper glass but we decided to change the glasses of our two phone.After $180.00 and one hour and half waiting the glasses were fixed.The second day I set one of the phone on the counter and I noticed that the screen was cracked. I called the store to let them know but they couldn't replace it unless I would pay for the replacement. Im not spending another 80 dollars after three days. I think that they should do something and take care of their costumers.Desired Settlement: I expect a refund or a replacement.
