Review: Customer went to kiosk location to have mobile phone, apple 4s repaired on Friday 04/11/2104. The front face digitizer was cracked, a digitizer was removed and replaced. First digitizer was not working; another digitizer was removed and replaced. Phone was working when customer left kiosk after approximately three hours waiting and 45 minutes of repair work. Phone stopped working the next day on Saturday afternoon. Called store on Tuesday spoke to technician who had the Sina Cholge, manager call to facilitate a work through. They asked me to return so they could continue to work on phone. Sina consulted with partner Shawn. Shawn asked me to continue with a repair. I stated I no longer wanted to use their service and would like a refund of $70.00 for repair plus tax $5.60 for total amount of $75.60. They wanted to negotiate and return only $40.00, after they replace another digitizer.Desired Settlement: I did not agree with solution, no time available to wait a five to seven days phone service, and would like total amount return. I would like the full amount $75.60 returned back to credit card.
