I received the complaint from the Revdex.com today. Your refund for the 2 nights, as you requested, has been refunded by the property owner since this was their property. On that note, I would like to make a statement that because this is not our own personal property that...
I believe we did our best to try to help make your experience better as quickly as possible and the owner also offered a free night. We also received an email from you stating you only wanted your deposit and cleaning fee back and to leave it at that, which was forwarded to the owner, and both were returned immediately. The bottom line is that your social media complaints, Revdex.com complaint, [redacted] complaint, etc should be about the house and owners, not our business. For a comparison, that would be like going to the local mall and buying a product from [redacted] and finding out you're not happy with the [redacted] item. Instead of complaining about the mall, you should let others know that you weren't happy with the [redacted] product itself. Hopefully you understand this as a business person yourself and will do right. Property owners on our website now receive a lot of business from our website so they too will see your comments.We also have photos we can provide if needed and also a statement from the cleaning company stating the property wasn't the way [redacted] describedit to be. The owners also have never received any other complaints on their property.Since you requested a 2 night refund and this has been sent to you via the owner's [redacted], I believe this issue is resolved but will await the Revdex.com's decision.Thank you
