They tried to rip me off. They first told me my repair was going to be $599, then proceded to drop it to $499 to act like I was getting a deal. I didn't feel comfortable about the situation so I told them I would just pay my service call then they dropped it again to $400. I called other company and found out my repair was around $200-$250. Wow, what a difference. DON"T use them....

This company is a complete fraud, they operate under the names of Phoenix's Choice Garage Door Co. and Ninja Garage Door Repairs, LLC. When called on the phone, they provided a raw estimate of $90 to $250 to repair a broken spring on our garage. When the representative showed up, he said that the spring couldn't be repaired and that we needed to replace the entire system at a cost of $1160. I wasn't home and asked to not to do the repair but the representative stated that he was at two thirds of having the job done already. He supposedly applied some discounts and lowered the price to $899. When I got the invoice I found that the representative lied about the job progress when I asked him to stop, he had arrived 30 min before we spoke and left 2 hours later. The only thing broken on my original system was a spring but I found out latter that they didn't change it because it wasn't one of the brands they sale. The itemized charges were more than five times the cost of each of the pieces replaced and after complaining with the office they apologized and returned $200. The business ethics from this company are inexistent, they do and charge for unnecessary repairs in order to install their products and charge fraudulent costs for parts. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE COMPANIES, THEY ARE A SCAM.
