change because of this. I followed up with William and told him any issues to get back to me and I would revisit the matter with Credit Acceptance. He now has his registration and plates. They were on hold because he had to get an inspection done before they could be processed. He was not available to do it until the day before the registration was do. Once we received it, we sent out the paperwork for his registration. Because he is not a New Jersey resident, it must get mailed out to an out of state title company. I called them and expedited the registration. I believe it was not explained to him correctly by our Motor Vehicle person, but once I went over it with him, he understood the process. Stacie, the Motor Vehicle person was spoken to. The rim was not cracked on the lot and I sent him pictures showing that. The damage was done after the truck left the lot. I can forward the pictures if needed. If the damage did appear on the pictures, we would have replaced the rim, no questions asked.
