This is the 3rd time, I have made a purchase with this company and they failed to
Respond to my inquires in regards to sending the item. This company does not adhere to the law. Once you purchase an item on their website, they never send you the item. However, I purchased the same item that is listed on their website, on *** and I received the item within a few days. This company is operating a fraudulent website and company store.

The owner, *** also sent me emails on 3 different occasions in regards to my 3 previous orders being cancelled (when the same item was available on another 3rd party website). This company continuously refuses to send items to customers who have purchased from their website. I have all of the emails *** has sent to me as evidence, he cancelled all of my orders. The glitches from the website have been occurring for over 7 months and the company continues to collect customer’s payments and orders with the intention of never sending the items or refunding their money. This company is a fraud and deserves to be reported as scammers.

You were refunded immediately for each of the purchases. No fraud has been committed.
The software that we use to manage our inventory which we sell on ***, ***, *** and our website doesn't not integrate with our website platform properly, and it needs to be resolved. We do ship orders placed on our website almost daily with no issues.
I am sorry for the confusion. I suggest you not buy anything on the website until we have the problem resolved.

I have yet to receive a refund in over 30 days. I have contacted the Massachusetts consumer affairs organization as well.

My mistake. Your most recent order was not refunded, but now it is. The previous 2 already were. Please see the attached screen shot.
You mentioned that you had sent emails previously requesting a refund. Please let me know what address you sent it to, as we cannot locate it. Thanks and I'm sorry for the hassle.
