This company repossessed my daughter car for a parent company in the process of the illegal repossession, the damaged my daughters car and overcharged me fees. I put in a complaint to the company that hired them and they denied the repair claim but agreed to the overcharging claim after they only SPOKE to this company. My daughter car was in excellent working condition before they repossessed it in the process of dragging the car on the back of a tow truck because they had no keys for a hour and a half they damaged the engine oil pan and the car was leaking oil profusely. we paid the fees to the finance company and paid the overcharged fees to phoenix to get the car back within 5 mins of driving away from the site the car stalled and would not move which in return we had to pay $250 to get it towed to home. They are trying to say the car was damaged before they picked it up. Make this make sense we paid over 1200 to pick up a 2010 Chevy impala that was already damaged to drive it one hr and a half and to pay 1200 to get it fixed? that makes no sense and they know it do not. The car was running perfectly fine that is why we paid the money to get it back and expected to drive it one hour and a half home they damaged the oil pan during towing. They still have not sent me the money for the overcharged fees that they claimed would be overnight. They also had no signage stating prices which is a law and no proper receipts they wrote the receipt on the release paperwork. So if they are not giving receipts how are they running a business and keeping track for the government. If they have no fees signage does that mean they can charge what they want whenever they want? I guess so cause that was the reason we got overcharged and im sure this did not just start with me.
