Phoenix Renovations and Gutters

Review: I hired Phoenix Renovations and Gutters, LLC, to renovate one of my properties in Reading, PA. [redacted], the business owner ensured me that he will finish within 3 weeks, +/- 1 week. It has been almost 3 months and he is still not close to being finished. He does not answer my phone calls. I have to call his employees to get a hold of him. I have heard similar complaints about his service from other clients of his who decided to consider their payments a "loss". Unfortunate for me, I did not hear these complaints untils after I hired him. He bits off more than he can chew, by taking on many projects at one time, without the proper manpower. He uses money from one project to pay for the costs of others ie employees, materials, etc. I do not recommend anyone in PA to hire this man or this company, as they are incompetent and incapable of what they promise.Desired Settlement: I would like for either the house to be finished or for me to be compensated for my losses.
