When faced with an emergency water damaged kitchen, Jon responded quickly and professionally, to find the leak, coordinated a plumber to repair the leak, and then repaired the kitchen and bathroom quickly, professionally. Excellent work!

I hired Jon, the owner of Phoenix Remodeling to remodel parts of my newly purchased 1941 house. I had lower bids but past experience taught me choosing solely on bid cost never works out; you get what you pay for. The more Jon and his men did, the more I expanded the remodeling project because the results were beyond my expectations. Jon and all of his men have pride in their work, and that is hard to find. With such an old house, they came across unforeseen problems, yet they always figured out how to solve each one. In the end Jon literally remodeled my entire house from top to bottom. There isn’t a room that Jon and his men didn’t touch; most rooms were completely gutted. They also did the outside; they removed trees, installed a beautiful rock wall, stone steps in front, a paver patio, 8’ cedar fence, sod in front and back, iron support beams replaced the rotted wood beams for the back deck, and a new metal staircase with stone steps from the upper deck to the backyard patio. I have no hesitation in recommending Jon Lalum at Phoenix Remodeling for any project you have. Should I ever move to another house, it will be Jon and Phoenix Remodeling who I’ll call for all future projects.

We needed a major drywall restoration Jon and his crew handled the project from A to Z. They were punctual and professional and brought our walls and ceilings back to better than original condition. We would highly recommend them for any size job.
