Their Accounting lead (Dennis Schremser) is completely unprofessional and unresponsive and lacks a sense of urgencyOver the past 2 weeks I've had to work with [redacted] to get a clean 6D to close on my condo. Not only did he cash my check and not return the certificate at the front-end, I had to call him to follow up on it. At that time, I was put through additional customer service issues with him to the point he is scheduled to received certified mail from me tomorrow while the office is scheduled to be opened for a pressing business matter in order to close and because it's before a holiday he will not honor his obligations and deliver the necessary materials that are within his scope and office hours.Desired SettlementI am seeking a positive quick resolution, better customer service in the future and an apology.
